Incoming telephone lines are exclusively assigned to a particular company; extensions can be exclusive to one company or shared among companies.

  Virtual Extensions

Virtual extensions have the same capabilities as real extensions. You can set up a virtual extension to ring a specific physical extension or an external number to provide true “follow me anywhere” messaging.

  Centrex Support

Ability to flash from the BizTouch™ IP3 feature phones to access Centrex features.

  BizTouch™ IP3 Phone

The BizTouch™ IP3 is a SIP-based IP phone that is perfect for help desks, sales offices, and service-oriented environments where employees need to juggle calls, confer with
colleagues, and view the status of other extensions.

  LCD Screen

View call information, date and time, directory list, caller ID, dial logs, and phone settings.

Caller ID - Display name, number, call waiting, and transferred call information for the twentyfive most recently dialed numbers.
Dial log - Store the twenty-five most recently dialed numbers.
Speed dial - Set up a directory with fifty names
and numbers.

  Lighted Indicator Buttons

View the status of lines, calls, and extensions: Active, Idle, Ringing, On Hold, or Do not disturb.

  One-Touch Buttons

Use the ten one-touch buttons (lower right) to access frequently used BizTouch™ IP3 features.

  • DIAL REDIAL - Redials the most recently dialed number.
  • BIZMAIL - Access voice mail.
  • PICKUP - Pick up the ringing call.
  • FORWARD - Forward calls to any phone inside or outside of the office. Includes call forward all, call forward busy, and call forward no answer.
  • CONF - Access three-way conference calls. Five-way conferencing is available via the Bizfon™ 6800 System meeting room.
  • DND - Toggle do not disturb state.
  • TRANSFER - Transfer calls to other phones inside or outside of the office (or, if the line is busy, directly into voice mail).
  • MUTE - Mute the handset, headset, or speakerphone microphone.
  • HOLD - Place a call on hold; a reminder tone will play every thirty seconds.
  • HANDSFREE - Access the built-in speakerphone.
